I wrote this in the middle of the night. couldn’t sleep for all the ideas in my head …
Therse are the opening lines to Come diventare un esploratore del mondo, an exercise book full of notes and suggestions on how to look at the world around us as if we had never seen it before. A collection of ideas inspired by great thinkers and artists of our time to whom Keri Smith gives her own interpretation through illustrations and photos. The author invites explorers of all ages and from all over the world to take a new look at what is going on around us and to observe the world with curiosity. There are no rules, just a few tips, and quotes from writers, philosophers, musicians and so on: look, consider everything alive and animate, note down your discoveries, observe movement and try to understand the secret message hidden in everything.
An interactive book to scribble in, adapt and complete to keep track of reality and discover a new and special side to it.

I hope you are able to read this. I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how excited I am about my book "How to be an Explorer of the World" being published by Corraini!!! I saw it on the website today and it brought tears of joy to my eyes. I should explain that for many years one of my greatest influences is Bruno Munari. So to be published by his publisher is such a huge honor for me, I am very proud. I almost can't believe it is happening.
So thank you! You have made one of my life long dreams come true. I would love to do something with you in the future!
all my best,
