There are bears when they arrive, they do not want to leave anymore. Ther’s nothing you can do when a bear comes to stay. It follows you everywhere, and the more you try to send it away, the more it sticks to you: on the couch, while you are dating someone, or when you try to sleep. The more you try to get rid of it, the more it follows you. Sometimes it seems to be gone; but then it comes back out of the blue. This picturebook tells us that sometimes it is possible to live with those who are heavy, dark and cumbersome; we just need to find our balance. Because eventually everyone has a bear on the stomach with whom he has to deal everyday with.
